So this is Mie, first time blogger. I plan this to be some kind of record of my random rants and thoughts ready for you all to read or ignore.

You probably want to know some stuff about me so you know where i'm coming from. I'm 24 and a politics student. I study in London during the week. I rent a flat in Kent from my sister and live with one housemate - though her boyfriend seems to have moved in (you'll probably hear more about that!)

So you can expect this blog to include a few things, my random observations on my life and the world, rants about my life and some talk about politics.

A thought to leave you on for now: I heard the Eurovision song this morning and have been humming it all day - how embarassing!
